De Nora was established in 1923 by Oronzio De Nora. With over 80 years of activity in the electrochemical field, De Nora is globally recognized as a leader in the supply of technology for the production of chlorine and caustic soda and derivatives and is also the largest worldwide supplier of noble metal-coated electrodes for chlor-alkali and electrochemical industries in general.

Systems for commercial application
Industrie De Nora, drawing inspiration from its experience with technology for swimming pools and together with Verdenora, has developed a system for the production of potassium hypochlorite to be used in agricultural application. Industrie De Nora is currently working on these systems with the objective of further increasing Verdenora’s product portfolio.
